Born and raised in New York City, Ranger Luxe was 16-years-old when he was taken under Nico DeLuca's wing. With his girlfriend and infant son in tow, Ranger moved to San Francisco with his new boss, and grew in the ranks. Due to his proclivity for violence, it wasn't long before Ranger was as feared as Nico. 

  Ranger started Luxe Industries at the age of 24, focusing on the import and export of goods, and it quickly grew into a multi-million dollar business. Despite frequent attempts by police to seize assets and arrest Ranger, he continued to thrive, refuting any claims about his links to organized crime, stating he is "just a businessman providing for my family". 

  He parted ways with Nico DeLuca shortly before DeLuca's death, but still took in his ex-business partner's daughter, Denver DeLuca. The two are known to be close, with Denver taking his surname, and keeping it even after marrying Wyatt Ledger.
